Celebrations:
Tim Harrison is being recognized by the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) for his Distinguished Service and is the Music Teacher of the Year!
Utah Navajo Health System (UNHS) is being recognized by UHSAA for their Distinguished Service as the Contributor of the Year!
Juniors completed the Mock ACT in early November are starting to analyze their results to set new goals . . . 20-hours in PowerPrep ACT has been shown to really help scholars improve their ACT Score!
Math and Language Arts teachers are very strategically intervening on specific skills so that scholars can improve their overall learning in these content areas!
Academic Focus:
End of Year Assessments and monthly Evaluate Assessments are now being used to very intentionally help scholars increase their learning. Families can encourage heightened academic learning by doing all that is possible for daily attendance and encouraging reading at least 30-minutes outside of school.
