Celebrations:
The PBiS Team is revamping for a schoolwide focus on attendance . . . watch for some meaningful competitions to take place in April!
The following scholars qualified their solo for State: Jaslene Begay, Brayden Kinsel, RueShandin Jim, Katiana Ben, and Riley Benallie!
The Utah State Board of Education visited our campus on March 25-26 and specifically noted our PLC work and efforts, use of protocols, and the commitment to analyze our practices and continue to improve!
Scholar leaders are actively working to improve attendance for scholars because absence from school impacts everyone and daily attendance results in higher levels of learning: Each moment spent in school is an investment in your future!
Academic Focus:
Grades are based on demonstrated learning through presentations, products, performances, quiz results, and test outcomes. In order to achieve high levels of learning, it is vital for scholars to:
Attend school daily,
Participate at every opportunity,
Get involved in classroom practice activities and experiences, and
Intentionally prepare for summative assessments.
Grades can be checked online at any time using Aspire. Current grades will be provided as a hard copy to parents who make the request in the Front Office. We will also have them available on Wednesday, April 3, starting at 4 pm near the Auditorium so that people attending the "Laughter with James Junes" at 5 pm can check-in on academic learning for scholars.
