San Juan School District is a partner in the county’s System of Care (SOC). SOC is a process where families can help develop a single plan to access needed services from a variety of agencies. The members of the SOC are committed to working together to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to getting families the services and support they need to be successful.

Services can include:

• Individual and family counseling

• Employment & financial assistance

• Health care

• Educational support

• Substance abuse treatment

• Parenting information
